GREENWOOD, NE – According to WOWT, a driver died following a two-vehicle collision on US 6 in front of Bakers Candies Sunday.
Geraldine Frank, 88, was driving a 2002 Oldsmobile Intrigue west on US 6 when she rear-ended a vehicle about to turn into Bakers Candies.
Rescue crews pronounced Frank dead at the scene and transported the other driver, a 44-year-old woman, to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The Cass County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the incident.
