Accessibility Statement

Last updated: April 2026

Our Commitment

Rensch & Rensch Law is committed to ensuring that our website is accessible to everyone, including visitors with disabilities. We strive to make our online content usable by the widest possible audience, in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

Conformance Status

This website aims to conform with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. This standard explains how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities, including:

  • Visual impairments (low vision, colour-blindness, blindness)
  • Hearing impairments
  • Motor disabilities
  • Cognitive disabilities

We use accessibility features such as:

  • Descriptive alt attributes on images
  • Semantic HTML (proper heading hierarchy, landmark regions, ARIA labels where appropriate)
  • Sufficient colour contrast between text and background
  • Keyboard-navigable menus and interactive elements
  • Screen-reader-friendly form labels
  • Responsive layout that adapts to different viewport sizes and zoom levels

Ongoing Improvement

We test our website regularly using automated tools and manual review, and we work to fix accessibility barriers as we discover them. Older blog posts and legacy content may not yet meet full AA conformance — we’re working on those.

Feedback and Assistance

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on this website, or if you need information in an alternative format (large print, audio, plain text), please contact us:

We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 2 business days. If you’re unable to use our website to find information you need, we will work with you to provide it directly.

Third-Party Content

Some parts of our website link to or display content from third parties (maps, Google reviews, embedded videos, third-party forms). While we select vendors who also work toward WCAG conformance, we cannot guarantee third-party content meets the same standard.

Consultation with Disabled Clients

If you or a loved one has a disability that makes it difficult to visit our offices or use the phone, we come to you. We schedule home visits, hospital visits, video consultations, and evening or weekend appointments. Never let physical barriers prevent you from getting legal representation after an injury.

This statement was prepared in April 2026 and will be reviewed at least annually.

Results That Matter

Every case is unique and past results do not guarantee future outcomes, but the firm’s track record shows what is possible when the facts support full recovery.

  • $6 Million+ Complex Federal Court Claim Settlement during litigation of a complex personal injury claim in United States District Court.
  • $3.5 Million Wrongful Death Confidential settlement for a newly-married widow in a difficult wrongful-death case — a national-company defendant with extensive defense resources.
  • $3.18 Million Complex Negligence Settlement of a complex negligence claim just before trial.
