Crash Alert: 1 dead in semi-truck collision on Nebraska 79 in Lancaster County
LINCOLN, NE – One person died in a fatal semi-truck collision on Nebraska 79 in Lancaster County Tuesday morning, according to KOLN.
The driver of a Ford sedan was heading south when they strayed into oncoming traffic near West Bluff Road and collided with a semi-truck around 2:40 a.m.
First responders pronounced the sedan driver dead at the scene.
Officials have not yet identified the sedan driver.
The Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the incident.
