Crash Alert: Boy hurt in mini bike collision in North Omaha
OMAHA, NE – According to WOWT, an 11-year-old boy was hurt in a mini bike collision in North Omaha Monday evening.
The boy was riding a mini bike when he ran a stop sign at North 56th Street and Ogden Street and hit the passenger side of a 2019 Chevy Traverse at around 5:30 p.m.
First responders transported the boy, who was found to have been wearing a helmet at the time of the wreck, to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The Omaha Police Department is investigating the incident.
