Crash Alert: Driver, passenger hurt in rollover crash in downtown Omaha
DOWNTOWN OMAHA, NE – A driver and his passenger were injured in a rollover crash that happened on the 2C ramp north of I-480 Sunday.
According to WOWT, the events unfolded when the driver, a 32-year-old man, operating a Ford, had drifted off the north freeway ramp, which is what ultimately led the car to overturn and throw the driver from his car.
EMS was called to the scene and conducted CPR on the driver and took him and his passenger, a 27-year-old woman, to a local hospital for treatment of their injuries.
Officials said the passenger was left with non-life-threatening injuries, while the driver’s current physical condition is unknown.
Omaha police are continuing to investigate all details behind the collision.
