Crash Alert: 1 dead in single-vehicle collision on Nebraska 41 in Glengary Township

GLENGARY TOWNSHIP – According to KOLN, a man died in a single-vehicle crash on Nebraska 41 near Road 19 on Sunday.

A 68-year-old man was driving a 2003 Chevy Monte Carlo at high speeds east on Nebraska 41 when he strayed off the left side of the road and slammed into a ditch before rolling over in a field around 12:07 a.m. The driver was thrown from the car in the wreck.

First responders transported the driver to an area hospital, where he died.

The Fillmore County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the incident.
