The accident happened March 31 at 192nd Street and F Street, where 22-year-old Zachary Paulison of Omaha was driving a Ford F-250 pickup truck that collided with a Nissan Armada SUV. Prosecutors said he may have been driving up to 104 miles an hour just prior to the crash. His blood-alcohol level was measured at 0.16, and court documents said he had several alcoholic drinks at two bars before driving. Paulison was booked into the Sarpy County Jail following his arrest.
