SCOTTSBLUFF, NE – According to KNEP, a driver struck and killed a motorcyclist at W 23rd St and Broadway on Saturday.
At around 9:42 p.m., Angelina Palomo, 23, was driving a white Mazda south on Broadway when she turned left onto W 23rd St and hit Levi Queen, 43, who was riding a Honda motorcycle.
Rescue crews transported Queen to an area hospital, where he died.
Authorities cited Palomo for Driving Under Suspension.
Investigators believe speed and helmet use were factors in the incident.
