1 dead in motorcycle crash in west Omaha

OMAHA, NE – A man died in a fatal motorcycle collision in west Omaha Sunday afternoon, according to WOWT.

Francisco Ramirez, 37, was riding a motorcycle south on South 204th Street when he was struck by a 25-year-old driving a sedan north and turning onto westbound F Street around 4:40 p.m.

First responders pronounced Ramirez dead at the scene and transported the driver to an area hospital with minor injuries.

The Omaha Police Department is investigating the incident. They do not believe impairment was a factor in the crash.
