Crash Alert: 1 killed in head-on collision on US 6 near Arapahoe
ARAPAHOE, NE – According to KSNB, a teen was killed in a fatal head-on collision on US 6 near Arapahoe Sunday evening.
James Wolf, 18, was driving a Ford Ranger west on US 6 when he strayed into oncoming traffic and collided with a Jeep Grand Cherokee around 4 p.m.
First responders transported WOlf to an area hospital, where he died. An adult female passenger in the Jeep was hospitalized with serious injuries.
The Jeep’s driver and an infant passenger suffered minor injuries. They were treated and released from the hospital.
The incident is under investigation by the Nebraska State Police and the Furnas County Sheriff’s Office.
